Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University, located in Pathum Thani, is seeking a qualified Secondary School Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives Teacher. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at ฿65,000 per month. The role is set to begin in August 2026 or as soon as possible.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, experienced, and professionally certified teacher, fully committed to fostering student development through both curricular and extracurricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach IGCSE Global Perspectives and some humanities subjects following the Cambridge Curriculum.
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials, and manage information on the school’s administrative system.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to diverse student needs and interests.
- Conduct assessments, monitor academic progress, and provide feedback.
- Set classroom expectations and evaluate student performance and behavior.
- Communicate with parents, guardians, and other teachers regarding student progress.
- Develop and implement remedial programs for students needing extra help.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Plan and engage in extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic contests.
- Perform additional professional duties as assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional teaching qualification/license/certification.
- Preference for candidates with a teaching license and those based in Thailand.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years of professional teaching experience post-qualification.
- Experience teaching IGCSE Global Perspectives, Business, or Economics. AS & A Level experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with expatriates, international curriculums, and EAL learners is beneficial.
Skills and Abilities:
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency (minimum CEFR C1).
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in classroom and time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.
- Adaptable, patient, flexible, and positive.
Safeguarding:
