Job Description:
Now I Love English, is an online language school primarily teaching working adults in private and group classes. The vast majority of our students are looking to improve their English skills to bolster their professional or academic prospects. As a result, they tend to be highly driven and committed.
We’re looking for teaching assistants who can match that drive and commitment!
Role:
As a teaching assistant, you’ll be supporting students throughout their learning journey, from sign-up to course completion, as well as providing assistance and support to our teachers.
You’ll also work closely with our Education Team, developing new courses for our students and free online learning materials for platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Student Facing:
Speaking with prospective students to discuss course options and availability
Welcoming new students; providing them with the documents and information they need to make the most of their course.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their course.
Create and amend course schedules as required.
Schedule and facilitate reviews from students on completion of their course.
Supporting Teachers:
Aid in the onboarding process for newly recruited teachers; managing the required documentation; ensuring the teachers’ understanding of company learning resources.
Provide ongoing support to teachers throughout their courses.
Assist teachers with administrative tasks, including tracking student progress and amending course schedules.
Course and Material Development:
Work with the Education team to develop new English courses.
Work with the Education and Marketing team to create free online learning materials and Live content.
Job Requirements:
Note: This job role is open to Thai and foreign applicants. However, a strong command of both English and Thai is required.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
1-2 years experience in the education field
Thai nationality only
Fluent in Thai and English
Prefered:
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
Experience using social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok and Instagram
Others:
5 Days working with flexibility to work from home 3 days per week
