Job Description:
Private Elementary School in Danshui is looking for two full-time homeroom teachers. We offer an energetic and diverse environment. With a staff of 14 foreign teachers, we strive to be inclusive. Homeroom teachers are responsible for cultivating an engaging learning environment with their partner Taiwanese teacher. We currently use a combination of books from Oxford University Press and NE Build and Grow to support our students’ learning. We are focused on building their skills for fluid interaction in an English based environment.

Quick Facts:
• 70,000NT starting salary, yearly increase.
• ARC provided with valid teaching credentials
• Health insurance provided
• Ten weeks paid vacation in winter and summer with re-sign.
(3 weeks winter vacation without re-sign)
• Contract completion bonus, yearly performance bonus, and flight ticket bonus*.
• Hours 8am – 4pm
• After school classes available after 1st semester at 900nt per hour
• Dorm style housing provided, if necessary

• Prior teaching experience

• Able to develop effective programs to advance students’ skill sets
