Job Description:

Mooltripakdee International School in Chon Buri is seeking a dedicated Upper Primary Homeroom Teacher for a full-time position with a competitive salary of at least ฿80,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Duties:
- Develop and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with curricular goals.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Incorporate knowledge of child development and cognitive theory into lesson planning.
- Stay informed about assigned content areas and current pedagogical trends.
- Utilize information resources and technology effectively in teaching.
- Coordinate lesson plans with the existing school curriculum.
- Implement diverse activities that align with curricular outcomes and accommodate various learning styles.
- Plan, develop, implement, and assess units in line with the school's philosophy and mission.
- Communicate with the management team about text and material needs.
- Participate in professional development activities based on research.

Classroom Management:
- Foster a respectful and communicative classroom environment.
- Cultivate a culture of learning.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with MIS policies.
- Establish effective routines and procedures for a positive learning environment.

Assessment:
- Apply established assessment criteria that align with instructional goals and curricular outcomes.
- Inform students and parents of assessment expectations in advance.
- Encourage and monitor student progress.
- Keep accurate records of student achievement.
- Use assessments to enhance learning.

Additional Expectations:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the school's values and philosophy.
- Engage collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents on teaching and learning issues.
- Contribute to a positive school climate.
- Participate in or sponsor school and student activities.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and school staff regarding student progress.
- Fulfill supervisory and substitute teaching duties as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize student learning.
