Job Description:

EIV Education is currently looking for energetic, creative, and dedicated teachers to join our Ha Noi team. We are also hiring from overseas for these positions. You’re welcome to apply even if you’re outside Vietnam.

EIV Education Hanoi is specializing in recruiting foreign teachers (from inside and outside of Vietnam) for Kindergarten-High schools, Universities, private classes, and corporate companies in Hanoi.

Through our reputable company background with 12-year experience, we have and support more than 60 teachers and provide over 3,000 teaching hours in Hanoi and growing each year.

Our clients can be vary from kindergarten upto university, private one-on-one classes to business classes for corporation in Hanoi, depend on teachers preferance and expectation.

WHAT WE HAVE

➢ 12-month contract

➢ 90 teaching hours per month
➢ Teaching hours are arranged by EIV
➢ Teaching both permanent and cover classes (including urgent cover classes) if any. EIV is responsible for informing teachers in advance and providing all necessary materials.
➢ Teacher will be guaranteed with a fixed salary even EIV cannot provide enough hours during school year. During summer break, teacher will have hourly rate instead.
This guarantee salary will not applicable for online teaching during Covid lockdown, hourly rate will be used instead.

WHAT WE OFFER

➢ Entering Vietnam with a quarantine fee supported. The process can take up to 2 months

➢ Salary: 36-38 mil VND per month (guaranteed during school year)

➢ Over-time rate: 460,000 VND per hour

➢ Cover Work Permit and Health Insurance standard fees (except for documents authentication)

➢ Supporting to apply for TRC/Business visa

➢ Completion/Renewal bonus: 5-10 mil VND

➢ Housing support in the first 2 months: 4 mil VND
➢ Join events held by EIV (teachers’ day, summer holiday,...)
➢ Paid Vietnamese holidays (are not applicable during probation period)
➢ Travel allowance (for classes over 10 km from central Hanoi or urgent class)

➢ Assistance in training, finding cover teachers, legal advice,...

WHAT WE NEED

➢ Native speaker

➢ Bachelor degree

➢ TEFL/TESOL certificate

➢ Teachers should be flexible to change teaching methods for different class types.
➢ Do teaching reports, marking and other requirements to ensure class’ quality.
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products to work effectively.
