We are looking for volunteer teachers in Colombia. Semester program: teaching in exchange for housing and meals with a Colombian teacher – no work visa required. Time commitment is between two and four months (dates flexible, for reference the semesters begin February and August). Locations: Monteria (female only per host family arrangements) and Popayan (male or female). The program is an English teaching assistant position working with public school English teachers in-classroom and in conversational English classes. Qualifications: 24+ years old with undergraduate degree; 1 year of teaching experience OR CELTA/Oxford Seminars TEFL certificate for Semester program.
