Qualifications: - Native English speaker. - Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Leadership, or Curriculum Development. - At least 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in academic leadership or coordination roles, preferably in an international school setting. - Strong knowledge of international curricula and effective instructional practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate diverse teams. - Proven experience in teacher coaching, curriculum design, and academic quality assurance. - Fluency in English is essential.
