We’re seeking a dynamic academic leader to oversee our teaching faculty, drive curriculum excellence, and champion student achievement. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead with vision, mentor Heads of Subject, and foster a collaborative teaching culture.

🧑‍🏫 Responsibilities

✔️ Lead and mentor Heads of Subject
✔️ Oversee curriculum, teaching quality, and student progress
✔️ Drive innovation and ensure academic excellence
✔️ Manage teacher training, appraisals, and ongoing development
✔️ Cultivate a positive, collaborative teaching environment
✔️ Provide leadership in Math & Science (algebra, geometry, calculus, biology, chemistry, physics)


✅ Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• QTS or equivalent teaching certification
• Proven leadership experience with a strong teaching background
• Passion for educational innovation
• Bonus: Strong in STEM, EdTech integration, and interpersonal skills
