Harmony Montessori Education Institute was established in 2012 by a group of AMS and AMI certified parents, dedicated to the Montessori Education curriculum and philosophy. We believe in fostering children as the focus of the learning process, nurturing their diverse abilities to become well-rounded individuals.
Currently, we are seeking an English homeroom teacher for the preschool classroom (ages 3-6). The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with young children. While Montessori certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
We value commitment and prioritize candidates willing to sign a two-year contract or longer. The teacher will collaborate with two Chinese teachers in the classroom, working from 8:00 to 17:00. We offer comprehensive labor and health insurance, as well as professional development opportunities as needed.
If you are passionate, patient, loving, and creative, we invite you to submit your resume along with a brief (1-2 minute) voice recorded introduction of yourself.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
📌 You need to be from one of the following counties to teach English in Taiwan: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa. However, some schools may still hire teachers who already have a long-term visa. This requirement only applies to teaching English - schools can still hire you for subjects other than English.
⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
