Shinil High School, a prestigious all-boys’ school located in Seoul, Mia-dong, is seeking a Native English Teacher. The position offers a starting salary of 2.5 million (negotiable) and starts on March 02, 2026. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with additional sessions until 5:15 pm twice a week (extra pay provided).
The role entails up to 22 teaching hours focusing on conversation classes, curriculum development, and preparing students for international studies. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, dedicated, and eager to grow professionally, benefiting from significant autonomy in curriculum design and lesson delivery.
Requirements include being a Native English speaker, holding an E-2 or F visa, possessing a Bachelor’s Degree, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification, and having at least 1 year of English teaching experience.
The benefits package comprises a housing allowance of 500k, a minimum of 21 days of holidays, extra pay opportunities, standard insurance, severance, and pension. Notably, there is no desk-warming requirement.
