Job Description:

We at Hankel International Academy of Primary Education in Taiwan are seeking native English speakers to join our team for the 2025 school year. Our aim is to foster active learning among students by creating a student-centered and activity-based learning environment.

As a full-time homeroom teacher, you will be responsible for organizing classroom lessons, preparing materials and activities, assigning homework, recommending books, and providing individualized reading plans for students with special requirements. Additionally, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in English, math, or science for grades 1-6, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 68,000-85,000 NT per month, including performance bonuses, attendance bonuses, completion bonuses, and yearly increases based on performance. In addition, we provide National Health Insurance, training, support from academic mentors and IT technicians, as well as assistance with obtaining an ARC and work permit if needed. With small class sizes of no more than 20 students per class, you can ensure a quality education for each student.
