Little Beans Family Language School in Bangkok is seeking a Part-Time Early Years English Teacher. We are committed to making every learning moment joyful, creative, and full of wonder. We are looking for a passionate teacher who loves working with children aged 1.5 to 12 years and can make early education both fun and meaningful.
This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with hours available between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays, or 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM on weekends, at a rate of at least ฿500 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging, play-based lessons that foster curiosity and confidence in young children.
- Support and guide toddlers in developing early communication, motor, and social skills.
- Maintain a nurturing, positive, and safe classroom environment.
- Provide parents with brief updates and feedback after each class.
- Collaborate with the Little Beans team to share ideas and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for students.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or TESOL certification is preferred, especially in Education, Early Childhood, or related fields.
- Experience teaching or caring for young children (1.5–3 years old) is highly valued.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for working with young children.
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills are essential.
