Job Description:

Norwich International School Bangkok is seeking a Playgroup & Creative Learning Leader for our Early Years team at our Rama 2 campus. We prioritize the happiness, curiosity, and well-being of our children and are looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Native English Speaker to join us.

Position: Playgroup & Creative Learning Leader (Early Years)

Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging Playgroup sessions for children aged 1.6–4 years, incorporating singing, dancing, storytelling, and playful learning activities.
- Decorate and maintain the Early Years area, creating a welcoming and child-centered environment.
- Coordinate thematic decorations and events throughout the school year.
- Support the Head of Early Years as an EY Event Coordinator.
- Provide classroom cover when necessary.

Requirements:
- Native English Speaker.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and inspiration from the Curiosity Approach.
- Enthusiasm for working with young children, prioritizing their well-being.
- Energetic and creative, with a passion for singing, dancing, and storytelling.
- Skilled in creating engaging environments and supporting children’s curiosity.
- A positive team player who enjoys seeing children smile.
