Job Description:

Regent’s International School in Bangkok is seeking a Pre-Nursery Teacher to join their team starting in January 2026 at the Langsuan Campus. This small and friendly Early Years campus caters to children aged 6 months to 6 years, following the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The school values a warm, play-based, and child-centered approach to education.

The ideal candidate will be a kind, calm, and creative teacher who enjoys working with very young children and understands the significance of nurturing care and building strong relationships. Applicants should have a degree in Education or Early Childhood (such as a B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent), and holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable. Experience with children aged 18 months to 3 years and a solid understanding of early child development and play-based learning are essential. Fluency in English and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude are required. Experience with the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Regent’s Langsuan offers a supportive and welcoming school community with small class sizes and professional development opportunities. The school provides modern facilities and well-resourced classrooms in central Bangkok and a competitive salary package based on experience.

Regent’s Langsuan is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, requiring all applicants to provide references and complete necessary background checks.

To apply, please send your CV, a short cover letter, and contact details for two referees to Ms. Jodie Harvey, Head of Campus, at jodie.harvey@regents.ac.th.

📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.

⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.

⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.

⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
