Position Overview:
Denla British School is seeking a dedicated School Librarian responsible for organizing and managing various collections, including journals, books, magazines, newspapers, electronic documents, and other data resources. The Librarian will also organize mini-lessons, crafts, and story time, assisting children in selecting materials suited to their reading levels and overseeing the borrowing and return of books. Moreover, the Librarian will aid students in finding and comprehending library information essential to their education.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Support:
- Ensure effective use of ideas and information by students and staff.
- Encourage students to think critically, read enthusiastically, and research skillfully.
- Foster a love for learning and reading among all students.
- Ensure information accessibility for all students, regardless of ability.
- Collaborate with educators to design and implement educational units and lessons.

- Bachelor’s Degree related to Librarian work (Desired).
Experience and Skills:

- Experience working with children and supporting their learning (Desired).
- Skilled in using Library management software (Essential).
- Experience with children who speak English as a second language (Desired).
