The Newton Sixth Form, based in the heart of Bangkok, is seeking qualified part-time teachers for English, Humanities, Maths, and Physics. We are located just a few minutes' walk from the Siam BTS station. Our institution, established in 2019, serves students from years 2 to 13. We focus on IGCSE, IAL, and BTEC curricula under Pearson Edexcel. Our teaching staff comprises both international and Thai educators with native-level English skills.
We are expanding due to school growth and internal promotions, and are looking to hire for the current academic year. Ideally, candidates can start within a month of job acceptance, though the start date is flexible.
Available Positions:
1. English Teacher: Must have experience with IGCSE, IELTS, and/or SAT English for years 10-13.
2. Physics Teacher: Required to teach IGCSE, with potential progression to IAL, for years 10-13.
3. Humanities Teacher: Should have experience in Politics, History, and Critical Thinking for years 10-13.
4. Maths Teacher: Needed for Pre-IGCSE, IGCSE, and IAL for years 8-13.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant field is required, with preference for a teaching qualification such as TEFL or CELTA.
- At least one year of classroom teaching experience with the relevant age group is preferred.
- Familiarity with Pearson IGCSE and IAL programmes is advantageous but not essential.
- Preference for native English speakers, particularly those residing in Thailand, and Thai nationals with native-level English proficiency.
Benefits:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30, with a lunch break from 12:00-13:00.
- Salary: Starting from 50,000 THB per month, based on qualifications and experience, with a review after a 119-day probation.

- Annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary.
- All visa and work permit expenses are covered by the school.
- A return flight to your home country upon successful completion of the one-year contract.
