Insight is looking for enthusiastic native English-speaking instructors to join our main branch on Silom Road, Bangkok. We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
We are seeking experienced and passionate English Instructors who have experience teaching both young learners and adults. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and are committed to delivering engaging, student-centered lessons.

Courses Offered:
- Business English
- Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, SAT & TOEFL)

Full-Time Instructor Salary & Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Five days per week, including one weekend day
- Contract: 100 teaching hours per month
- Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 Baht per month (depending on experience)
- Overtime Pay: 450 Baht per teaching hour for any hours above 100 per month
- Paid Holidays: Approximately 10 days during the Christmas and New Year period and approximately 1 week during the Songkran holiday
- Visa and work permit provided
- Subsidized health insurance

Part-Time Instructor Salary & Benefits:
- Work Schedule: Teach in the evenings and weekends, depending on availability
- Pay: 300 Baht per 40-minute period (equivalent to 450 Baht per hour)
- Visa and work permit provided

Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- University graduate
- Holder of a recognized TEFL/TESOL qualification
