Insight English, located on Silom Road in Bangkok, is currently recruiting passionate and enthusiastic native English-speaking instructors for our main branch. We offer both full-time and part-time teaching positions.
We are looking for experienced English Instructors who have taught both young learners and adults. Ideal candidates will excel in a multicultural environment and are committed to delivering engaging, student-centered lessons. At Insight, we maintain high teaching standards and support a collaborative workplace for both students and teachers to thrive.
Courses Offered:
- Business English
- Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, TOEFL)
- Conversational English
- English for Young Learners
Full-Time Instructor Details:
- Work Schedule: Five days per week, including one weekend day
- Contract: 100 teaching hours per month
- Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 Baht per month, based on experience
- Overtime: 450 Baht per additional teaching hour exceeding 100 hours monthly
- Benefits:
- Paid Holidays (approximately 10 days during Christmas and New Year, and 1 week during Songkran)

Part-Time Instructor Details:
- Work Schedule: Evenings and weekends, subject to availability
- Compensation: 300 Baht per 40-minute period (equivalent to 450 Baht per hour)

- Native English speaker
- University graduate
- Recognized TEFL/TESOL qualification

⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
