Insight English, located on Silom Road in Bangkok, is currently recruiting passionate and enthusiastic native English-speaking instructors for our main branch. We offer both full-time and part-time teaching positions.
We are looking for experienced English Instructors who have taught both young learners and adults. Ideal candidates will excel in a multicultural environment and are committed to delivering engaging, student-centered lessons. Courses Offered:
- Business English
- Test Preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, TOEFL)

Full-Time Instructor Details:
- Work Schedule: Five days per week, including one weekend day
- Contract: 100 teaching hours per month
- Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 Baht per month, based on experience
- Overtime: 450 Baht per additional teaching hour exceeding 100 hours monthly
- Benefits:
- Paid Holidays (approximately 10 days during Christmas and New Year, and 1 week during Songkran)

Part-Time Instructor Details:

If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
