ISP - International School of Phuket
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced NES Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
* Create a safe, clean, and organized learning environment that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes mutual respect and understanding.
* Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and development.
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement school-wide events and initiatives
* Continuously assess and reflect on your teaching practice to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field desired. Other BAs are acceptable too.
Some experience teaching young children in a school setting desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
