Job Description:

The Australian International School Bangkok, located at the Sukhumvit 31 Campus, is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to become a part of our AISB team.

Position Overview:
- Serve as the primary point of contact within the school for staff, trustees, governors, local authorities, parents, and others who wish to communicate with the Director and Head of School.
- Manage the Director's complex schedule by arranging appointments and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings with all necessary documents.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative staff on school operations.
- Independently organize and prioritize workloads daily, leveraging personal initiative and understanding of the job with minimal supervision.
- Gather and prepare documents required by the Director for meetings, reports, or responding to information requests.
- Act as the Government Liaison, coordinating with all relevant educational departments and agencies, including OPEC, ONESQA, MOE, Thai Educational Institutes, and local authorities.
- Assist the Senior Leadership Team in organizing and planning special events such as parent-teacher meetings.
- Manage parent complaints processed through OPEC in consultation with school management.
- Aid the Director in managing sensitive or confidential issues with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Requirements:
- Must be a Thai National.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English, written and verbal.
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an international school setting, with pre-opening school experience as a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- High professionalism and capability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
