EduFirst Language School in Bangkok is seeking both full-time and part-time native English-speaking teachers. We have opportunities at our branches in Central Changwattana, Central Ladprao, Central Rama 9, Central World, Central Bangna, and Central Pinklao, as well as for corporate English teaching positions across Bangkok.
Requirements:
- Native English speakers from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or South Africa.
- A 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
- A university degree in any field.
- At least one year of teaching experience.
- Current residency in Thailand.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
Our learners range from beginners to advanced, with programs tailored for adult clients, children, and corporate clients. While some teachers specialize, others may teach a variety of classes, including General English, Business English, and exam preparation for TOEIC, IELTS, and TOEFL.
Class sizes are standard, with a maximum of 12 students, though the current average is 4-6 students.
Part-time teachers earn between 400 - 550 baht per hour for in-school work and 500 - 700 baht per hour for corporate assignments, with potential travel allowances. Salaries increase annually for teachers who meet requirements. This is a long-term position with flexible teaching hours.
Full-time teachers are contracted for 24 teaching hours per week and are guaranteed a minimum salary of 45,000 baht per month, with the potential to earn 50,000 – 55,000 baht per month. Full-time contracts also include a completion bonus, medical insurance, and a work permit.

Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
