Full Time Language Arts Teachers and STEM Teachers TEACHER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Education (BEd) or Bachelor's degree with a PGCE (TEFL teachers are not eligible for this position.) Valid Public School Teaching Certification - QTS, SACE, or active teacher license or certification in your home country A minimum of one-year of experience working in an elementary school in Asia or in your home country Clear National Background Check from your home country (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK and the US) Clean bill of health (completed in Taiwan) REMUNERATION PACKAGE 1. MONTHLY SALARY: NT$84,000-NT$100,000+ per month including housing and transportation bonuses (depending on education, experience, and qualifications) 2. AIRFARE REIMBURSEMENT: NT$30,000 3. SETTLING IN ALLOWANCE: NT$7,500 per month for the first four months of employment 4. BONUSES: Attendance bonus and performance incentives that amount to a minimum of NT16,000 each year throughout the year 5. PAID VACATION: 10 days paid vacation time during the winter and 10 days paid vacation time during the summer (with an additional 10 days in the event of re-signing a new contract), plus National Holidays 6. SICK LEAVE: 12 days per year (half-day pay with doctor's note) 7. CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS: NT$ 40,000 8.
