Job Description:
**Teachers applying from abraod must have documents in hand to apply with some teaching experience from your country.**
Our school is American owned, and we offer a very western work environment. You will be treated as a professional, and you will be valued here! Our teachers are happy here.
As part of the recruiting process, you will be given email addresses of 3-4 current teachers to ask all your questions. If you would like email addresses of former teachers, we can give that to you as well. You will also have an opportunity to visit the school, meet the students, and meet the team.
**We are looking for teachers that have completed at least one year teaching in Korea. We will consider teaching experience from English speaking countries. **

Our program is based on content-integrated learning, critical thinking, learning through projects, speaking and debate.
We are looking for teachers that

really care about teaching and helping students learn
-Start Date: April 8th, 2024 (1-2 week paid training starts on April 8th).
-Work Hours: M-F: 1:00-9:00
-Teaching Hours: Average 20 hours a week
-Prep time: Average 15 hours a week. There is plenty of time to prep for classes.
-Pay: 2.5-2.7 million
-Location: Seoul (Nearest subway station is Sangil Dong on the purple line)
-Grade: Mostly Elementary, with a few kindy and MS classes
-Benefits: Pension, Health, severance, housing.
-Vacation: 11 days. We take all red days off.
We take an annual beach trip during the summer. We also have team building activities throughout the year.
-Sick days: 2 per year
