Assistant Swim Coach & PE Assistant – HeadStart International School, Phuket

Monthly Salary: ฿45,000 + ฿70,000 bonus upon completion of a 2-year contract
HeadStart International School is excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic Sports Department.
We are currently seeking a committed and energetic Assistant Swim Coach to support our Swimming Academy and PE team. This full-time role is ideal for a Filipino or Thai national with experience in swim coaching and certified lifeguarding. In addition to swim coaching, the successful candidate will assist in the Physical Education department during the school day.
Working Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, scheduled between:
• Monday to Friday: 06:00–18:00
• Saturday: 08:00–11:00
This role follows the support staff academic calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Coaches of the Swimming Academy in delivering high-quality swimming sessions for boys and girls.
• Support Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) from 15:30 to 16:20, and Swimming Academy sessions from 16:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) and 08:00 to 11:00 (Saturday).
• Perform lifeguard duties as required.
• Provide general support in PE classes throughout the school day.
Requirements:
• Relevant swim coaching and lifeguard certifications.
• Experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills are essential.
Salary & Benefits:
• ฿45,000 per month
• ฿70,000 bonus upon successful completion of a two-year contract
