About Us:

We are Satit Ratchathani University Demonstration School—Satit RTU, a Cambridge school by Ratchathani University, a private university located in Ubon Ratchathani town, exactly opposite CentralPlaza Department Store. Ubon Ratchathani offers a low cost of living, readily available housing, and a variety of restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping options. Located a six-hour drive or a 50-minute flight from Bangkok, our province borders Laos and the Mekong River, offering beautiful natural attractions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking fully qualified and inspirational Assistant Teachers for Preschoolers to join our team on a full-time basis starting from May 2025. The ideal candidates should be English speakers from countries other than Thailand, hold a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE, and have recent experience working with Early Years.

Job Description:

1. Assist the Main teacher in an Early Years group following the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum. Classes have no more than 25 students with two other teachers in the classroom. Assist in After-school or Weekend classes as well.

2. Supervise students during school excursions once a term, with the support of parents and other school staff.

3. Responsibilities include providing a stimulating, positive, and child-centered classroom environment, attending training sessions, and participating in termly evaluations.

Contract Details:

- Fixed-term contract

Working Environment:

Classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, sound systems, overhead projectors, and whiteboards. Class sizes range from 8 to 25 students. Teachers are expected to maintain a positive presence within the classroom.

Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, five days a week with two consecutive days off. Salary is 25,000 baht per month with additional benefits such as a Non-B visa, work permit, insurance, and holidays.

Job Requirements:

- Candidates must be English speakers from countries other than Thailand

- Bachelor’s degree with PGCE

- Experience working with Early Years
