Job Description:

One Hope International School in Chiang Rai, Thailand, is looking to hire a qualified and compassionate Female Autism Support Teacher/SEN Teacher for immediate start. This is a full-time position on a two-year contract, with a monthly salary ranging from THB 30,000 to THB 72,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will provide dedicated one-to-one support for a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder, focusing on academic learning, communication, emotional and sensory regulation, social development, and independence. The role involves working closely with the student throughout the school day, implementing classroom accommodations, supporting social interactions, and collaborating with teachers, school leadership, and the student’s family.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field, with a minimum of two years' experience supporting children with autism or special educational needs. Advanced English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders are essential. A Master’s degree and additional qualifications in related therapeutic fields are preferred.

The position offers free accommodation, meals on school days, visa and work permit support, paid school holidays, and the chance to work in a supportive international school environment.
