Position: Business Executive – B2B Partnership & Development
Base: Jakarta / Surabaya
Scope: Nationwide (with lots of travel opportunities across beautiful Indonesia)

We’re inviting a confident, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join our B2B Partnership Team — a role where education meets business, and where your work directly impacts students, schools, and communities nationwide.
If you love building relationships, closing deals, and experiencing new places, this position will take you on an inspiring professional journey — from Jakarta’s city lights to the beaches of Bali and the cultural heartlands of Yogyakarta and beyond.
🌟 Your Mission
Build and strengthen partnerships with schools, universities, and corporate clients throughout Indonesia
Conduct professional presentations, meetings, and partnership negotiations
Represent Magenta at education expos, school visits, and corporate events nationwide
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes
Contribute strategically to the company’s national growth and visibility
🎯 You’re the Ideal Candidate If You Have:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector
Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, partnership development, or client relations
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Confident and professional presentation style
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel frequently across Indonesia
Familiarity with the Indonesia's culture and landscape is an advantage
Preferably under 35 years old
