Biology Teacher Position at Learn Satit Pattana School in Bangkok

Learn Satit Pattana School in Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Biology Teacher to join our secondary-level team (Grades 7–12). This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at ฿60,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Position Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inquiry-based Biology lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, laboratory activities, and assessments.
- Conduct practical investigations while adhering to strict laboratory safety standards.
- Employ inquiry-based, project-based, and differentiated teaching methods.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, projects, and lab reports.
- Provide constructive feedback, track student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a safe and organized laboratory environment.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and colleagues on curriculum and student support.
- Engage in professional development, extracurricular activities, science fairs, and school initiatives.

Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Science Education, or related field.
- Preferred: Recognized teaching qualification or license.
- Experience teaching Biology at the secondary level.
- Proficient in cell biology, genetics, ecology, human biology, evolution, and biotechnology.
- Experience planning and conducting laboratory investigations safely.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with assessment design and student progress tracking.
- Proficient in using educational technology.
- Commitment to professional development and teamwork.
