Job Description:
- Planning and preparing tailor-made course materials and helping students achieve their learning goals.
- Host one-to-one in-person or online classes as per student preference
- Monitoring students’ performance, evaluating their progress and providing guidance for improvement
- Keeping a progress report after each class
- Keeping abreast of new teaching techniques

Minimum Qualifications:
- Effective teaching methodologies and the flexibility to make changes when needed
- Outstanding communication skills and in-depth knowledge about presentation, etc.
- Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic personalities
- Flexible working schedule that allows classes on weekday nights and weekend days.
- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate (at least 120 hours)
- BS/BA MBA in business, HR, finance or relevant fields
