Job Description:
We are seeking a Nurture Group Teacher who will create a safe and structured learning environment for students requiring extra social, emotional, and academic support. This position is perfect for someone passionate about student well-being and experienced in working with children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customized learning plans for students
- Enhance social and emotional growth through group activities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to monitor student progress
- Establish a nurturing environment that boosts confidence
- Evaluate student development and adapt support accordingly
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification and experience with students needing extra support
- Familiarity with social-emotional learning techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and student-focused approach
Compulsory:
- Residing in Thailand
- Only native English speakers
Salary, benefits, and other details will be discussed during the interview. The job description may be adjusted following discussions between the Head and the teacher, with yearly reviews and negotiated priorities.
