About Us:
Our school has been in Ilsan for more than 10 years. We teach students not only English but also various background knowledge through active learning process. We go to parks, galleries and museums as a field trip with students to provide students with a great experience. Students earn wonderful background knowledge through active learning experience. We focus students to learn more English speaking fluency rather than teaching students writing accuracy as we target early-childhood students. We offer a very well-organized, integrated curriculum that helps make lessons fun and effective. We currently have a team of 12+ dedicated professionals, including 6 native English instructors. 1 Korean teacher will co work and support 1 native English instructor. Therefore native English instructors are able to more concentrate on teaching students effectively. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with sincere interest in early-childhood education.

Requirements:
-Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in any field
-Be a native English speaker from USA, CAN, AUS, UK. Newzealand, South Africa

Our School:
-Location: Ilsan, Gyeonggido, South Korea
-Start Date: Beginning of March (one-year contract)
-Age Group: Early Childhood + Elementary school students
-Salary: 2.3 ~ 2.6 million won per month (dependent upon experience)
-Working Hours: 9:00am~6:00pm (No Overtime. If there is, it is paid)
-Class Length: 30~40 mins classes

Current Navtive Instructor's Comments: 

As a native instructor I have been working for Ellinnature for almost 25 months. We have a relatively light workload for a private academy and the curriculum is ready made for us. However, we have the flexibility to adapt how we teach the curriculum to get the most out of our students. In our Kindergarten classes the maximum amount of students you will have in your class in 12, which allows you to be able to give a good experience. I genuinely like working here and we have a very good support system in our co-teachers and director.
