Job Description:
Our academy Kium Language School has a new opening in Dongtan, Gyeonngi-do.
Teachers will work with elementary and middle school students in Basic EFL to TOEFL classes.
Dongtan is a Korean “new city”, with many central parks and amenities. There are “M buses” which are dedicated coach buses with 30-45 minute direct links into central Seoul/ Gangnam. The branch is also close to Dongtan's new high-speed SRT station connecting to cities around Korea.
The details of the position are:
- 2.1 – 2.7 million won salary depending on experience.
- Working hours 2:00 – 9:00pm, maximum 30 teaching hours per week.
- Private housing provided, or 400,000 won housing allowance if desired.
- Airfare: two flights included, 500,000 paid per flight if not used.
- 13th month salary bonus paid on completion of the 12-month contract.
- 50% of national health insurance and pension paid by the employer, 50% by the employee.
- Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation(5+5 working days) and all Korean National Holidays/ “red days”.
- Start date, September
Requirements:
- Native English speaker holding an E2 or F visa.
* Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, candidates already holding visas in the Republic of Korea are preferred.
- Experience with TOEFL and/ or essay writing classes (preferred).
- Willing to work in a developing team.
