Job Description:

RBIS International School in Bangkok is seeking a passionate and caring EAL (English as an Additional Language) and Nurture Group Teacher for our Primary School, catering to children aged 5–11. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at ฿30,000 per month.

The successful candidate will support students in developing English language skills and assist those with additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include providing targeted interventions, small group teaching, and individual support to ensure each child can access the curriculum and make excellent progress.

Applicants should have a genuine passion for supporting children, experience in teaching or supporting primary-aged students, and experience working with children who speak English as an additional language or have additional educational needs. A recognized teaching qualification is required, with a preference for candidates holding TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or SEND qualifications.

Key responsibilities involve planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting language development, and differentiating learning to meet diverse needs. The role requires collaboration with class teachers, parents, and our SENDCo to promote inclusion and monitor progress. You will also participate in professional development and contribute to the broader life of the school.
