Job Description:

Garden International School Rayong is seeking a dedicated and experienced EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher. Position: EAL Teacher

Responsibilities include:
- Providing targeted English language support to students at varying proficiency levels.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Promoting independent learning, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Collaborating with class teachers to integrate language support into the broader curriculum.
- Building trustworthy and respectful relationships with students and colleagues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- TEFL, TESOL, or ESL qualification preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and professional integrity.
