Job Description:

EAL Teaching Opportunity at FSB International School We at FSB, an international school in Bangkok, are looking for a committed EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to help students from diverse linguistic backgrounds enhance their English skills and be prepared to work in a vibrant, multicultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and assist students at different English proficiency levels (Waves 1, 2, and 3).
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to offer in-class support.
- Create personalized language support plans for individual students and track their progress.
- Engage in curriculum planning and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and be an active part of the school community.

Qualifications and Experience:

- A recognized teaching qualification specializing in EAL or TESOL/TEFL.
- At least 3 years of experience teaching EAL in an international school environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust teaching techniques for multilingual learners.
- Proficient in EAL strategies and adept at differentiating lessons effectively.
- Experience with both withdrawal and in-class support models.

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
- Organizational and time-management skills to juggle teaching and administrative duties.
