Job Description:

Bristol Trilingual School in Bangkok is hiring passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Classroom Teachers who focus on child development and believe in fostering the growth of the whole child within a trilingual educational setting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Educate and care for Early Childhood students following the school's curriculum and educational philosophy.
- Plan and execute engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences and play-based programs.
- Develop creative lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
- Monitor, assess, and document the progress and development of students.
- Establish a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Set up learning corners inspired by children's interests to encourage exploration and creativity.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with parents.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Work closely with co-teachers and the Early Childhood team to reflect on teaching practices and improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working with young children is advantageous.
- A genuine affection for and understanding of young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Salary:
The position offers a competitive salary of at least ฿35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Location:
Soi Sriburapha 18, Khlong Chan, Bang Kapi, Bangkok (near The Mall Bangkapi and NIDA).
