Requirements:
- Position: Full-time
- Salary: At least ฿45,000 per month

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early years classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
- Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with EYFS, Reggio Emilia, or other progressive early years approaches is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
- Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to professional growth and participating in school life and events
