Job Description:

Bamboo Valley Phuket is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our Nursery & Kindergarten team at our Waldorf-inspired school in Phuket, Thailand. This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to holistic and nature-based education.

Position: Early Years Teacher
Location: Phuket, Thailand
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 THB per month, based on experience and qualifications
Housing: Single-bedroom accommodation provided
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Benefits: Competitive holidays annually

Role Overview:
The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, creative, and nurturing environment, aligned with Waldorf-inspired educational principles. The position involves integrating play-based learning with the introduction of academic readiness through imaginative and hands-on activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills, collaborate with families, and contribute to a joyful program that supports the development of each child.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or equivalent
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., Teaching License)
- Native English speaker
- Previous experience in early childhood teaching
- Strong interest in holistic education, nature play, and Waldorf values
