Job Description:

Australian International School Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team. We are committed to fostering curiosity, nurturing potential, and making a difference in children's lives. Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through intentional teaching and inquiry.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized learning environment that fosters independence, confidence, and curiosity.
- Monitor, assess, and document children's learning and development.
- Build positive partnerships with families through regular communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, specialist teachers, and support staff.
- Contribute to the school community through meetings, professional development, and events.
- Adhere to AISB's commitment to child safeguarding, wellbeing, and high professional standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood/Primary) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with an Early Years qualification.
- Current teacher registration or eligibility in the home country or Thailand.
- Minimum of two years of full-time Early Years teaching experience.
- Native English proficiency from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, or South Africa.
- Strong understanding of play-based pedagogy and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology for teaching and communication.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
