Kids Avenue International Kindergarten in Sriracha, Thailand, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team starting March 2026. We offer a vibrant and nurturing environment for children aged 2–6 years, focusing on learning through play and the EYFS framework.
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver creative and structured EYFS lessons
- Support children's overall development (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive)
- Conduct assessments and prepare progress reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Maintain professional standards and ensure the well-being of students
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Ability to design child-centered learning experiences
- Effective classroom management and safeguarding skills
- Teamwork-oriented with a love for working with young children
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Native English speaker; experience in play-based learning is preferred
- New graduates are welcome, with training provided
**Location:**
- Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand (30 minutes from Pattaya, 2 hours from Bangkok)
**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Friday, 15–18 teaching hours per week
**Salary and Benefits:**
- Salary range: 35,000–45,000 THB per month, depending on qualifications and experience
- 2 or 3 academic year contract with a 3-month probation period
- Visa and Work Permit provided before employment begins
