Cornell Bilingual School is seeking a Native English Teacher for the 2024/2025 academic year. Our school, located in Taoyuan, offers education from kindergarten to junior high. Established over 25 years ago, we provide a vibrant and convenient learning environment.
We are currently hiring full-time elementary school teachers for grades 1-6, focusing on language arts and science. Our campus is well-equipped with modern facilities, including interactive boards, projectors, and computers in every classroom.
The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, outgoing, and dedicated to teaching. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:40, with a half-day paid leave per week. Teachers will have a maximum of 26 class periods per week, each lasting 40 minutes.
In addition to a competitive salary starting at $65,000 per year, benefits include sponsored ARC, National Health Insurance, paid public holidays, and winter/summer vacation days. Applicants must currently reside in Taiwan, be native English speakers, hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and preferably possess a valid teaching license or TESOL/TEFL certificates. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required.
