Job Description:

Responsibilities :

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in English / Biology / Physics to high school students aged 15–19, who are learning English as a first or second language. Candidates must specialize in English, Biology, or Physics.

- Develop teaching plans in line with school guidelines, covering syllabus design, lesson preparation, and post-teaching analysis.

- Evaluate student performance through various methods, including assigning grades and creating exams, in accordance with school, Thai education, and Australian education standards.

- Monitor student progress, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, classroom management, and assessment techniques as per Australian education authorities and school requirements.

- Support school events like open houses and orientations to engage with parents and potential families.

Qualification :

- Only English Native Speakers are considered.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, English Education, English Teaching, Education, or a related field. Candidates with different degrees and significant English teaching experience are also encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in teaching English to high-school students aged 15-19.

- English proficiency (preferred scores: TOEIC 900+, TOEFL iBT 90+, IELTS 6.5+).

- Ability to design course syllabi and detailed lesson plans effectively.

- Sound knowledge of educational evaluation methods aligned with curriculum standards.

- Strong cultural awareness and capability to create an inclusive environment for students from various backgrounds.
