Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited is seeking an English Language Instructor, specifically of British nationality, to join our team at the Rojana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand. Our company, a leading player in Thailand’s glass packaging and consumer packaging sectors, also owns the BG Pathum United Football Club. We have established an on-site Language Center at our Ayutthaya plant to enhance our employees' English communication skills.
As an English Language Instructor, your responsibilities will include delivering engaging conversational English lessons to small groups of employees, typically consisting of 5–6 learners. You will assist learners in improving their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills. You are expected to create a supportive and interactive learning environment, prepare lesson materials that encourage practical English usage, and organize occasional English language activities, workshops, or cultural events. Collaboration with colleagues to maintain a high-quality learning experience is essential.
The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 hrs. Teaching hours are approximately 16–18 hours per week, with Fridays generally reserved for lesson preparation, learner support, and development activities. No evening or weekend classes are required.
Applicants must hold British nationality (UK passport holder) and be native-level English speakers. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, while a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification is advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners, corporate training, or workplace English programs, is necessary. Candidates should be adaptable to different learning styles and proficiency levels and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude and professional mindset are crucial.
The selected candidate will be provided with a 6-month renewable contract, a competitive salary of approximately THB 60,000 per month, company health insurance, full visa and work permit support, and paid public holidays as per company policy.
The interview process comprises two stages: an online interview via Microsoft Teams and a face-to-face interview at the Bangkok Glass Headquarters, including a 10-minute trial teaching session.

Please mention that you found the job on Teast for the school's reference.
📌 Please review the requirements to teach English in Thailand before you start applying for teaching positions. If the job post specifies "NES" or "Native English Speaker", it typically means applicants are required to be from one of the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa. However, in some cases, this may indicate a preference rather than a strict requirement.
⏳ Due to the high number of applications the schools receive they may not be able to respond to every application. If you don't hear back from them within a week or so, it's best to move on to the next job.
⚠️ Watch out for agencies that charge fees or take a cut of your salary. Good agencies get paid by the schools - not by taking money from you. If you’re not sure how they make money, just ask. If they say they take a percentage, that’s a red flag - avoid them and let us know so we can ban them from the site. Unlike other job boards that allow these kinds of agencies to advertise at your expense, we don’t - we’ve already banned several to stop teachers from being underpaid or exploited.
⚠️ When applying for jobs, you should NEVER have to pay to apply. You should also NEVER have to pay to buy anything which they then pay you back for later. NEVER PAY FOR ANYTHING! Also always verify you're actually talking to the company in the job post and not an imposter. Scams in TEFL are rampant, be careful!
