Job Description:

Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited, a leading industrial organization in Thailand, is looking for an English Language Instructor of British nationality to join their team at the Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand. The company, known for its glass and consumer packaging businesses, is committed to employee development through its on-site Language Center. This role involves teaching practical English communication skills to employees.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging conversational English lessons for small groups of employees (5–6 learners per class).
- Focus on improving learners' speaking, listening, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.
- Prepare lesson materials and activities promoting practical English usage.
- Organize occasional English language activities, workshops, or cultural events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a consistent and high-quality learning experience.

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs.
- Teaching hours are approximately 16–18 hours per week.
- Fridays are generally set aside for lesson preparation, learner support, and development activities.
- No evening or weekend classes are required.

Qualifications:
- Must be of British nationality and hold a UK passport.
- Native-level English speaker.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Possession of a TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with adult learners, corporate training, or workplace English programs.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, professional mindset, and readiness to contribute to a growing language center.
