Job Description:

Position: English Language Teacher

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Native English Teacher to join our team at English Academy A, a reputable private English academy located in Incheon, South Korea. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young learners and teaching through a reading and discussion-based curriculum.

Start Date: Mid-June 2026
Location: Incheon, South Korea
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Student Level: Elementary students (Grades 1–6)
Salary: Up to 2,800,000 KRW per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities include teaching engaging English classes using a reading-focused curriculum, conducting reading and discussion-based lessons, organizing debate classes, maintaining accurate student records, and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Applicants must be native English speakers eligible for an E-2 visa, which typically requires citizenship from an approved English-speaking country, a bachelor's degree, and a clean criminal background check. Teaching experience with young learners and a strong interest in literature and discussion-based instruction are preferred.

Incheon offers a convenient location with easy access to Seoul, affordable living costs, and a supportive community environment. English Academy A provides a structured curriculum, small class sizes, and a stable weekday schedule.
