Job Description:

The English Department at the Faculty of Arts, Silpakorn University, located in Nakhon Pathom, is seeking applications for the position of English Lecturer. This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary between 34,780 and 36,780 baht, which includes salary, housing, and subsistence allowances. The department provides assistance with paperwork for the NON-B visa and work permit, with reimbursement for the associated fees.

Candidates must be native English speakers with a valid ID and verified credentials. A degree in English, ELT, TEFL, TESOL, or a related field is required, with qualifications ranging from a Bachelor's to a PhD.

The role includes 15 contracted teaching hours per week, along with responsibilities such as proofreading exams and journal articles and participating in extra-curricular activities. The initial contract is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and feedback.

Silpakorn University's Sanam Chandra Palace Campus is about 50 km west of Bangkok.
