-40 hours / week
-Weekly days off:2 days off on weekends
Benefits:
-Yearly salary:25K-28K after tax
-House allowance : 3K-5K RMB
Bonus(monthly/semester/yearly)：4K-5K RMB after one year
-Overtime allowance: weekends only 500RMB / day
-Festival : the same as Chinese staff , and Christmas Day off
-Summer holiday:5 weeks (fully paid)
-Winter holiday : 3 weeks (fully paid)
