Job Description:
English Native Teachers for Hua Hin and Bangkok
Position: Primary/Secondary PBL Instructional Coach
Salary: THB 60,000 - 75,000 per month
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver weekly lessons in either the Primary or Secondary Cohort, integrating core academics and project-based learning curricula.
2. Facilitate learner-centered projects with real-world applications, providing continuous mentoring and coaching towards mastery of WeLearn’s 7 future skills.
3. Maintain regular feedback and communication with parents/guardians about learner progress.
4. Utilize the LMS for curriculum planning, grading, documenting achievements, and tracking progress towards mastery of future competencies.
5. Participate in professional learning communities, staying updated on progressive education trends.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or a related field; a degree in Primary Education is preferred.
2. Background experience or qualification in child psychology, social & emotional learning, and coaching is preferred.
3. Native English language proficiency or an IELTS score of 8.5 or above.
4. Experience in project-based learning (PBL) and mastery-based, hands-on learning pedagogy; enjoyment of learning with kids.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for educational innovation.
6. Diligence, hard work, and commitment to the organization’s vision of educational reform and a learner-centered approach to education.
