Job Description:

Plearn Montessori in Bangkok is seeking a dedicated female English-speaking teacher to join our team full-time, with an immediate start. We provide an authentic Montessori classroom environment for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Our nursery and learning center fosters a warm, respectful atmosphere for children, families, and staff.

Role Overview:
As a teacher at Plearn Montessori, you will work with a mixed-age group of children ranging from 18 months to 6 years old, supporting their development in a calm and nurturing Montessori setting. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons, supporting children's social, physical, intellectual, and emotional growth, and maintaining a safe classroom environment. Additionally, you will communicate with parents as needed and collaborate with colleagues.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and an interest in building a long-term career in early childhood education. Montessori experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Candidates should be friendly, approachable, dependable, and fluent in English.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is recommended. Additional education or childcare training is advantageous. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is an interest in alternative education methods like Montessori.

Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location: Soi Thaweewattana 14, Bangkok, near Bangkok Thonburi University
