Job Description:

RMB 20K  (up to 23k for outstanding candidates)*The salary range is for reference only. The final package will be determined by the school based on the interview results and the candidate's background.【Subject】English【School Type】Training Center【Location】 Jinan City, Shandong Province【Starting Date】ASAP
【Details】· Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) · Supportive Environment: Work alongside co-Chinese teachers in small classes of 12 to 16 students and A collaborative and team-oriented teaching approach
【Other Benefits】· Housing Allowance: 3,000 RMB per month. · Monthly Incentives: Earn 1,000 to 5,000 RMB through bonuses. · Paid Holidays: 20 days of paid leave per year. · Contract Completion Bonus: Receive up to 5,000 RMB yearly bonus upon the performance.
【Requirements】· Native English speakers eligible for a teaching work visa. · A bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in linguistics, education, or a related field). · A passion for working with young learners and a strong sense of accountability
